NOTE CHANGES 10-07-2009 TO RULEBOOK & RULEBOOK FRONT:

Changes were made at the beginning of October to Downhill Race Section - safety attachment was added - and to CO2 Car State event. The specs for the wrong CO2 car were placed in rulebook. The correct specs are now in place in the currently posted version. Front section of the rulebook should have October 2009 date at the bottom to ensure the correct version.  Submitted by:  Ricky Broussard

Examine the Rulebook and the New Courses

The Texas TSA Board of Directors is pleased to announce that a new rulebook rewrite is scheduled to occur this year.  Beginning in mid-October, information will be posted on the Texas TSA website providing more information about the process.  We are going to try to use a more formalized approach to making changes to the rulebook.  These changes will need to be driven by the revised TEK's and data from the last 2 state contests.  The process will culminate in a meeting at the ATTE mid-Winter conference.
